Auto-enrolment (NEST) pension scheme registration

This schedule sets out the scope of services we will provide.

The purpose of this schedule is to clearly define what is and is not included in the scope of our work.

This schedule should be read in conjunction with our engagement letter and our standard terms of business.

As part of our agreed services, we will:

• Register your business with NEST as a qualifying workplace pension scheme provider
• Set up your NEST employer account and create the pension scheme online
• Assist with configuring the scheme in line with your payroll setup (e.g. pay frequency, contribution levels)
• Provide you with the details needed to communicate with employees about the scheme

Please note: this list is not exhaustive. Any work not specifically listed under "Included work" is deemed outside the scope of this engagement unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where additional work is required, we will advise you of the scope, our proposed fee, and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

The following work is outside the scope of this service unless separately agreed in writing:

• Ongoing administration or management of the pension scheme
• Processing pension contributions via payroll or submitting data to NEST
• Responding to employee opt-in or opt-out queries
• Providing financial advice to employees or selecting alternative pension providers

Please note: this list is not exhaustive. Any work not specifically listed under "Included work" is deemed outside the scope of this engagement unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where additional work is required, we will advise you of the scope, our proposed fee, and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

You agree to:

• Provide timely and accurate information about your employees and payroll setup
• Comply with your legal obligations under the Pensions Act 2008 and The Pensions Regulator
• Ensure pension contributions are processed accurately through your payroll each period
• Communicate with your employees as required, including issuing statutory letters
• Have fully considered the pension scheme options available and be satisfied that NEST is the best provider for you.

We agree to:

• Register your business with NEST and set up your scheme correctly
• Keep your information confidential and secure in line with our data protection obligations
